ER Providers
Nathan Tiwari, MD, attended Johns Hopkins University (BA, Public Health) and Ross University School of Medicine (MD). He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Tiwari was born and raised in Minnesota, and has fond memories of spending childhood summers in Waukee, IA with Grandpa Art and Uncle Jon. He participated in the chess club and the chess team that won the high school national championship in 1997 and 1998. Dr. Tiwari was on the JHU crew team, and now he enjoys jogging, meditation, and tinkering with circuits and electronics. Dr. Tiwari is especially fascinated by real-life mysteries and the history of technology. A few of his favorite inventors include Nikola Tesla, Philo Farnsworth, and Royal Rife.
Joshua Mann, PA-C
Joshua Mann, PA-C is originally from Memphis, TN where he worked as a firefighter/paramedic for the Memphis Fire Dept for ~10 years. Mr. Mann continued his medical training at the University of Tennessee in Memphis where he completed his Physician Assistant degree in 2015. Knowing that he wanted to continue to work in EMS and emergency medicine, Mr. Mann moved to Iowa to complete an emergency medicine residency at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. Since completing residency in 2017, he has worked in emergency medicine primarily in critical access hospitals across Eastern Iowa.
Wyatt Baxter, PA-C
Wyatt Baxter, PA-C graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management from Western Illinois University in 2011. He worked several years as a paramedic on a ground ambulance while attending college. Mr. Baxter went on in his medical training by attending Southern Illinois University and graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2015. He holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support. Mr. Baxter is a proud member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Society of Emergency Medicine PAs. Mr. Baxter began seeing patients at Keokuk County Hospital & Clinics January 2022.
Jessica Webb, DO, was born and raised here in Iowa. She attended the University of Northern Iowa and graduated medical school from Des Moines University. She completed residency at Iowa Lutheran Family Medicine Residency in Des Moines. She is board-certified in Family Medicine and has experience in emergency room and inpatient care, outpatient medicine and newborn nursery. Her professional interests include pediatrics, women’s health and dermatology. She is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Board of Family Medicine, and the Iowa Academy of Family Physicians.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys being active with her husband and three sons. Her husband, Eric, was also born and raised in Sigourney. Their boys enjoy exploring their grandparents’ farm every chance they get! If she gets a spare moment, she enjoys triathlon training, baking, and photography.
