Jenna will work closely with your healthcare providers to build a treatment plan that is focused on each individual patient to reach the best outcome. Services that reflect each treatment plan include (but are not limited to):
• Evaluation
• Laboratory services
• Pain management
• Infectious disease evaluation
• Diabetic education
• Nutrition management
• Vascular services
• Debridement
• Physical therapy
Common wounds treated include (but are not limited to):
• Skin ulcers
• Venous ulcers
• Wounds caused by surgical incisions that do not heal properly
• Skin ulcers or sores that develop from other health complications
